Care Instruction
• Assembly Instructions: After insert the foam, shake the bedding to help it bounce back into shape. Place 48-72 hours to fully expand. • Care Instructions: Remove the foam and machine wash cold, tumble dry on low heat, and do not bleach. Air dry and reshape if needed. • Cautions: Observe your pet's behavior with the product for suitability. Some items may be inappropriate for your pet. Remove and replace the item if it becomes damaged.

Shipping & Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original ship date.
- All returns do require a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at cs@friends4everpets.com or by phone at 1-888-879-8790 for a Return Authorization. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition.
- Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
- Shipping charges, either way, are not refundable.
- Returns must be shipped back to us, prepaid, to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.
- Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
- Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Refund will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, less restocking charge and handling fee.
- Friends Forever reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.
