The 3" foam provides joint support, soothes pressure points, and increase air circulation to optimize rest. The zippered cover is removable and machine washable for easy cleaning and simple maintenance. Low profile, step-on design for easy access by pets with joint pain or arthritis. The ultra-soft velvet sleeping surface is prefect for snuggling and provides long lasting comfort.
  • Orthopedic Support with 2 layer foam base: 3" egg crate foam and 0.5" memory foam helps distribute weight evenly and provides good amount of softness and support to relieve pressure and joint pains for senior pets.
  • Foam filled bolster: maintains good shape and structure of the bolster and offers your pet ultimate comfort and security and provides additional support for head and neck while sleeping.
  • Waterproof and easy care cover: The bed cover is waterproof to fully protect the foam from spills, water damage, and other accidents. The removable dog bed cover is machine washable and tumble dry on low heat Please note that the inner foam is not washable. After installed the foam, leave it for 24-48h for rebound.
  • Faux leather handle and non-slip bottom: the handle attached to the front of base for easy transportation or storage without hassle. The bottom is not easy to slide and keeps your dog bed steady.

Shipping & Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original ship date.
  • All returns do require a Return Authorization number. Please contact us at cs@friends4everpets.com or by phone at 1-888-879-8790 for a Return Authorization. This number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging and in original condition.
  • Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Shipping charges, either way, are not refundable.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us, prepaid, to the distribution center noted in the upper right hand corner of your original packing slip.
  • Return shipments that are not prepaid will be refused.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Refund will be issued for merchandise only upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, less restocking charge and handling fee.
  • Friends Forever reserves the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.
